I had the best experience taking a tour with Audrey, she was very knowledgeable answered all my questions without hesitation. She was a delight.

Wow, apartment hunting is always dreadful but this time with Audrey’s help I had the best time! Her communication and vibe was amazing!

I lived in the Hillcrest for 2 years and absolutely loved my stay. Frankly, I miss it a lot. Everyone was always extremely helpful, shout of to AJ for all of his support, and the community / space was great. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Andrew, the leasing agent at The Hillcrest, provided exceptional service. He patiently answered all our questions and showed us several apartments. His professionalism made the process smooth and enjoyable.

Recently moved into the apartments. They have great characters and charm. Reminds of my place back east. I needed help with the lights and had the maintenance technician Brody and I was impressed with how clean he was and very respectful.

Love living here. The new maintenance man Brody is always willing to help. He helped me with my lights and while he was in my apartment he was polite and respectful. He needs a raise.

I have lived st several apartment communities and I have to stay Hillcrest is by far one of the best with their unique aesthetic inside the apartments the large rooms and need best maintenance man I've ever came across Brody is amazing. If you need something done he does it right away he will go out of his way just to help you out.

I didn’t think finding a decent place to stay would be this easy, decent rent, great hospitality, and a great staff who make you feel at home. Especially thankful for Daniela. she is a ray of sunshine on a rainy day, always has a smile and truly knows how to make you feel comfortable. Thank You Daniela, i can now say i am happy.

I've lived at the Hillcrest for a year and just re-signed for another. It's a beautiful building in a great location. I deducted 1 star because I wish it had air conditioning, but other than that, I love it here!

Love living here!! My wife and I have been here for about 8 months and love every second of it. The management team is always super helpful and friendly. If I ever call the office with a question or concern Sariah helps me immediately or schedules maintenance to come by when it's convenient for me. Tons of space and charm.

LOVE it so so much here. So glad the weirdos are all gone, the apartments are renovated and we have normal happy neighbors. My apartment has charm and the best views in the valley. And the price can’t be beat for the location. Management is.. eh. But it seems like they’ve been better lately.

Fixed my garage door very quickly and followed up with an email to make sure every thing was done. Great service.

Spacious, quiet and well-maintained.

The new management is great, the company that owned this building before was dreadful, but I really like this new management company. There have been times when I've stopped by the leasing office and they're always willing to take a second out of their day and help one of the tenants. I would love to continue living here for a few more years.
