Location is good but just a horrendous place to live. Cockroaches in the building, bathroom flooded and they just cut a hole in the ceiling and left it, mold everywhere. Car will get towed even if you pay for a parking spot. Front desk is no help, ta ...

All resident heat was out for three weeks early 2026, the front doors seldom lock, and Brenda deletes reviews from concerned residents. I do not recommend living here if you want security and basic amenities.

Stopped by with some questions about a potential move and was assisted by Audrey who was so nice. She helped with all my concerns and was very informative.

I had the best experience taking a tour with Audrey, she was very knowledgeable answered all my questions without hesitation. She was a delight.

Wow, apartment hunting is always dreadful but this time with Audrey’s help I had the best time! Her communication and vibe was amazing!

Audrey was great to work with. She was very helpful and professional through the whole process. I very much recommend staying here. The central location makes it even better!

PREDATORY STAY AWAY!!! I didn’t have hot water in my bathroom for months and then after my upstairs apartment flooded into mine they charged me to replace the carpet after leave my ceiling moldy and disintegrating for months, only taking action after I moved out.

Recently moved into the apartments. They have great characters and charm. Reminds of my place back east. I needed help with the lights and had the maintenance technician Brody and I was impressed with how clean he was and very respectful.

Love living here. The new maintenance man Brody is always willing to help. He helped me with my lights and while he was in my apartment he was polite and respectful. He needs a raise.

I have lived st several apartment communities and I have to stay Hillcrest is by far one of the best with their unique aesthetic inside the apartments the large rooms and need best maintenance man I've ever came across Brody is amazing. If you need something done he does it right away he will go out of his way just to help you out.

Spacious, quiet and well-maintained.

The new management is great, the company that owned this building before was dreadful, but I really like this new management company. There have been times when I've stopped by the leasing office and they're always willing to take a second out of their day and help one of the tenants.
